Mountain View

Located on top of a mountain, overlooking Mt. Toro and the Salinas Valley, this new home was built into the hillside of a vacant piece of land. In order to take advantage of the panoramic views the living spaces were moved upstairs and the bedrooms located downstairs. A bridge through a forest of established oak trees leads into the expansive great room with 12 foot ceilings.

The home is barely visible from the road, utilizing the slope of the site to provide privacy as well as only a select few windows. On the opposite side of the home floor to ceiling windows provide unrivaled views.
