Carmel Cottage
First built in 1948, this historic Carmel-by-the-Sea cottage was remodeled top to bottom, in 2021.
Due to its historical designation the original red brick exterior walls had to remain intact but the interior of the house was upgraded with new interior finishes, and a completely overhauled kitchen and bar built for entertaining.
An addition was constructed at the rear of the house in order to provide an additional bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet.
